Oregon didn’t stall in 2025. It stabilized and continued growing.
While national housing headlines often paint with a broad brush, Oregon tells a different story. Job concentration in tech, healthcare, and remote-friendly roles continues to draw people in. Add lifestyle migration from higher-cost West Coast markets, and household formation stayed positive throughout 2025.
Growth doesn’t have to be explosive to matter. Even modest inbound movement creates pressure when inventory remains tight. That pressure is exactly what we’re seeing across NW and SW Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Lake Oswego.
